今朝、愛知県蒲郡であがりました＾＾
これは中々ない機会なので、食べてみたい！という方に是非です！

■おすすめの食べ方■

出荷するまでは生け簀で保管してあります！出荷する際に足と胴に解体して梱包して送りますね！

①出汁が絶品なので豪快にタカアシガニの丸ごと鍋！
②じっくり味わいたい！タカアシガニの丸ごと丸ごと蒸し！

キャンプなどで皆さんでじっくり焼いて楽しむのも〇です！

身が無さそうとおもわれがちですが、しっかり入ってるので食べ応え抜群ですよ！
殻もしっかり出汁でますので私はこの前トマトソースで煮込みました！
