昨年、私が働いていた東大前のお店でよく出しておりました＾＾
『大王イワナ』美味しくなってきたのでぜひおすすめです！

◆大王イワナ◆

渓流に生息し警戒心が強いイワナはかつては幻の魚と呼ばれていた川魚を
安定して供給したいという養殖業者さんの想いで長野のブランド魚として2016年に誕生しました！

天然のイワナ・ヤマメの棲む大石川の水は信州大王イワナとっても最適な環境で、四季折々の変化の中、ストレスなく成長します。きれいな水で飼育されているので魚に臭みや雑味が無く、白身の魚の繊細な味わいを堪能できます、更に養殖のため、生で食べられるんです☺

生のイワナ食べたことありますか？？
とろっとしていて噛むほどに旨味が出てその美味しさにはまること間違いなしです！

お刺身やカルパッチョ！
ぜひ、まず生のままでお召し上がりください＾＾
