サンマの丸干し！

実はこの丸干し、脂が乗ったサンマではダメなんです！とにかく“脂の抜けたサンマ”！これを探すのが一苦労なんです。

ですが今年はありましたよ＾＾
丸干しにぴったりの良いサンマ！干したときにシワが出るのが、一級品の証なんです⭕️

丸ごとじっくり焼いて、ハサミでパチパチと一口サイズに切れば完成！
